Meet The CEO

Mrs. Wills started her tax career at H&R Block when she was a senior in college and has work off and on at that company for over 17 tax seasons. 

Jonolyn is a seasoned tax professional and had started her own Insurance agency in 2004, when she established Wills Financial Services. 

She has over 20 years of accounting and auditing experience in the private sector, City and State Government. 

Mrs. Wills obtained her B.S. in Accounting from Virginia State University and a Masters in Business Administration. She is also a Certified Fraud Examiner. 

In 2020, Jonolyn decided to take all of her tax experience and officially start her own tax practice. Wills Financial Services LLC. serves the community locally and virtually!
